In the event that Commercialmove Limited (hereinafter called commecialmove) fail to deliver or provide you with service as set out in our terms and conditions, a refund will be given.

Commercialmove undertake to offer use of the site to members at all times, unless unusual circumstances are encountered beyond our reasonable control.

The website may be suspended or taken off line for periodical maintenance, or due to unforeseen technical problems, commercialmove will notify members of any planned maintenance works, and will undertake to remedy any technical issues within a reasonable time.

Commercialmove will not be liable for refunds during these periods.

Pro-rata refunds will be made in the event of extended website downtime.(expected website sustainability is 99.5% online)

Refunds will be made by way of credit offered to members, or by the issue of a cheque or money transfer.
