Commercial Energy Assessments
An Energy Performance Certificate is required on all commercial buildings from 1st October 2008. The certificate is required when the building is being constructed, sold or rented out. The Certificate will be valid for ten years, subject to conditions. The certificate will be required for part occupation as well as whole occupation buildings.
